Of Mice & Men adalah band Metalcore yang berasal dari Orange County, California. Band ini didirikan oleh Austin Charlie (vokalis) dan Jaxin Hall pada pertengahan 2009 setelah keluarnya Charlie dari band sebelumnya Attack Attack!. Nama band ini berasal dari novel John Steinbeck dengan judul yang sama. Inilah tangga lagunya.
